I had a fantastic journey in the Himalayas. Thanks for your services. Should I send you a "bank check" in the mail ??? The mail in the USA is highly reliable. It would reach India in 3 days time via airmail. And I am assuming that it would take another 4 days to reach you by India post. And the check is guaranteed - so it cannot be stolen. And you should be able to deposit the check in your account. Otherwise I will wait for your instructions. The only other idea I had was to send it to you by Western Union..... but the fee is $10....... which is ridiculous.
Let me know. I don't like to owe money or have debts.

Greetings !

It was a wonderful experience in Ladakh for us from the 19th Mar to the 22nd March
The place is heavenly. It was the best time to visit Ladakh to experience the place in its natural beauty We did have the initial altitude sickness and it took us two days to get accustomed to the rough weather conditions The people were simple and friendly. The hotel was decent. The food was also to the mark. The package as confirmed by you was very well done. A special recommendation of thanks to Mr Targes, our driver and guide. He was punctual and full of knowledge. The car was neat and tidy. However, we were not able to utilize the entire tour package provided to us. The two nights for Nubra Valley and the day trip to Pangong lake had to be made cut short as the roads and highways were closed due to the heavy snow. The same was also confirmed by Mr Targes. We were keeping our fingers crossed that the weather might open up so that the roads could be opened for the completion of the tour. But our bad luck.

HI NAVEEN,
I just wanted to inform you personally that trip to Leh-Ladakh was really amazing. I would like to say a hearty thank you for your services. Accommodation, food and other things provided by your office were wonderful.

I take this opportunity to thank Mr.Dorje. He was really wonderful and he made it a point to visit us everyday and check on us about how our trip was going on.

But there were few issues that I would like to bring it to your notice : Car (Qualis) from Debring to Jispa was one of the worst that we have seen and the driver was even more pathetic. He drove very rashly inspite of repeated attempts in asking him to drive slowly. He never stopped at any points (Moore plains, Gata loops and other passes on the way). He stated that car was not in a good condition.

On day 9th of our itinerary we were stuck for nearly 7 hours just after Tandi as the Car axle broke down. We all understand that driving this in this rough terrain some mishap tends to happen. But being stuck in a place for nearly 7 hours was really pathetic and the mishap was not actually caused by bad terrain, its because the driver drove the car in a very harsh manner and the most disappointing part was we were asked by Mr.Vijay Bodh to catch a truck to Manali as no other alternative cars were available. We never really expected that kind of reply. Finally we were provided an Alto to reach Manali.

All in all it was one memorable trip barring last two days. We missed to see many places on Leh-Manali highway and I hope you ensure that these kind of mishaps will never occur in future. We would like to use your services in future too.

The trip you organized for us to Leh has been wonderful and now we wanted to ask for an offer by your agency for Kerala as well.

We are planning to fly to Kochi on the 15th of September and have to be back in Mumbai at the 23rd of September night.

We certainly want to see Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and we also would love to see some tea and spice farms. Finally we want at least 4 days in a nice hotel at the beach. Could you give us an offer with your proposals for this ?

We absolutely had no problems from Manali to Chandigarh section as we had one of the best cars in our entire journey and we appreciate your esteemed services for that.

I just want to reiterate that your services for almost entire duration of the journey was really excellent. But for the Debring-Manali section we really struggled with the way driver drove the vehicle and most importantly we missed to see many important places on the way and that's our main concern as it will be difficult for us to visit the same place again.

We sincerely hope you can take care of that.

If you remember, I had planned a trip to Ladakh during the month of October'11 through you. Indeed, it was very nicely organized vacation. All thanks to you & Dorje ji.

Actually, I need bills for claiming tax rebate under LTC/LLTC head. Will it be possible for you to provide me the same? Actually Dorje Ji gave all of us separate bills that time to get all of us benefitted but somehow, we lost them. So, if it is possible for you to provide us receipts for 2 persons separately making an itinerary right from Delhi to Leh to Delhi for different periods, I will be highly obliged.
